As of right now no , Josie Bates and Kelton Balka are just friends but when we find out when they are going to enter a courtship we will let you guys know about it, facts about Kelton he is a friend of bobby evans who is courting tori and he is a room mate to bobby  and so Kelton met Josie at bobbys grad party and Kelton’s birthday is is birthday is July 4, 1995. so if these Kelton and Josie does enter a courtship we will have another july birthday.
